An Update From 3D Construction
3D Construction USA appreciates the overwhelming and enthusiastic interest in this exciting new technology to build more affordable, higher quality homes more quickly.
After building, with Habitat for Humanity, the first 3D printed house in the US that a family lives in, we are excited to announce we are now scheduling new projects.

The mission of 3D Construction is to build architecturally inspiring homes more quickly, that are of a higher quality, more efficient and cost less than current construction methods allow.
Partnering with a team of very talented architects, engineers and tradespeople, we build affordable and workforce housing that helps alleviate the housing crisis in the United States. These homes are built faster, of much higher quality, and cost less because there is less manpower, material and waste. While initially focusing on affordable and workforce housing, this technology is applied to homes and multifamily residences at any price point.
Forging the Future with Cutting Edge Technology
“An Alliance Between 3D Construction, COBOD and PERI”

The ability to build affordable housing is ever increasingly more challenging. Increasing material, transportation of material to site and labor costs are making it very difficult to build affordable housing using traditional construction methods and material. Building homes is highly labor intensive and produces a significant amount of waste. But now homes can be built with less labor and reduced waste, thereby significantly reducing costs through 3D printing.
